OUR STORY

Gem’s Studio offers the best cross training program to suit your individual fitness preference. From Pilates to Spin classes to Boot Camp, your body is guaranteed to transform.

The Cardio/Strength Studio provides Indoor Cycling Bikes, TRX, free weights, mini-trampolines, punching bags, plyometric boxes, sleds, bosus and a host of other small equipment to diversify your workout.

Our well equipped Pilates Studio boasts a Ladder Barrel, Reformer/Tower unit, Stott Reformers, and Stability/Wunda Chairs, as well as small enhancers such as the magic circle, foam rollers, and mini balls. Pilates provides a non-impact yet challenging workout whether you are new to fitness or already very active.

Our group exercise classes include Pilates, TRX Suspension training/Sculpting, Functional Fitness, and Boot Camp Circuit Training –  with new classes being added so check back often.

OUR RATES FOR SERVICES

All of our trainers function as their own individual business. Please speak with your trainer about their cost for services. Some trainers may have their own website where you can also find information, but you can call us at (772) 201-2543 with any questions.

OUR POLICIES

WORKROOM AREA COURTESY

  • Please turn off your cell phone before entering the studio.

  • Please bring a towel.

  • Use provided disinfectant wipes when finished with your workout.

RESERVING/REGISTERING

​We ask that you make your reservations in advance for class. Class sizes are kept small to provide you with personalized instruction and the best fitness experience.

 

Sign up by calling or texting directly with an instructor. It is recommended that you practice 2-3 times a week and vary your workout to see results.

 

Fitness Classes need to have at least two participants committed in order to keep the class on the schedule, but we encourage up to 10 participants. If you must cancel a session, we do request a 24 hour cancellation courtesy call.

  • Classes and Private Training are by reservation only (except for Boot Camp). Call or text directly with instructors to reserve your spot.

  • Walk-ins will be accommodated when available.

  • All sessions require 24 hour advance notice of cancellation. Failure to give this will result in charges of the full amount of that session.

  • If you are late for a private training session you will only be allotted the remainder of the session and charged for the whole session.

PAYMENTS/REFUNDS

  • Payment at time of service is required.

  • ​​No refunds or exchanges on any packages. All sales are final.
