We offer small group classes for individualized attention as well as private personal training and Pilates instruction. Gem’s trainers each have a unique background to fit every person’s needs from the beginning exerciser to the well conditioned athlete, as well as those needing a more rehabilitative approach.

The Cardio/Strength Studio provides Indoor Cycling Bikes, TRX, Barres, Peloton Bike, free weights, mini-trampolines, punching bags, plyometric boxes, sleds, bosus and a host of other small equipment to diversify your workout.
Personal Fitness training
Personal Fitness training delivers safe, effective, fun and interesting workouts to meet the specific goals of the individual client. The sessions are varied and progressive, and geared toward improving your general health and wellness. A trainer’s goal is to keep you enthusiastic and to be supportive. which helps ensure that you continue to exercise.
Piloxing is a creative mix between Pilates and Boxing geared primarily towards women, with the mental and physical goal of attaining a “Sleek, Sexy and Powerful” self-image. It is cardio based with strength training infused.
Spinning (Indoor cycling) is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting. Class adds upper body strength training with weights and other apparatus.
Equipment Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Equipment classes utilize reformers, ladder barrels, stability chairs, push through bars and springboards.
Mat Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
Boot camp is the combination of a team atmosphere, intense full-body cardiovascular and strength workouts. Boot Camp classes are very effective at reducing excess body weight, improving cardiovascular endurance, increasing lean muscle mass and improving overall coordination and balance.
Yoga has many benefits for the body including reducing tension, mind-body-breath awareness, increased flexibility and overall great stretching. Yoga at Gem’s is custom to meet each client’s range of motion in a non-judgmental, relaxed atmosphere. We practice: we’re not perfect.
Fitness Infusion is just what it says. A little bit of everything to keep you motivated. It includes TRX, springboard and each week a little surprise to keep you interested.
