we ask that you make your reservations in advance for class. Class sizes are kept small to provide you with personalized instruction and the best fitness experience. Sign up early by booking online. See schedule options on the top bar to guarantee your appointment. It is recommended that you practice 2-3 times a week and vary your workout to see results. Fitness Classes need to have at least two participants committed in order to keep the class on the schedule, but we encourage up to 10 participants. If you must cancel a session, we do request a 24 hour cancellation courtesy call.
