Spinning (Indoor cycling) is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting. Class adds upper body strength training with weights and other apparatus.
Equipment Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Equipment classes utilize reformers, ladder barrels, stability chairs, push through bars and springboards.

Boot camp is the combination of a team atmosphere, intense full-body cardiovascular and strength workouts. Boot Camp classes are very effective at reducing excess body weight, improving cardiovascular endurance, increasing lean muscle mass and improving overall coordination and balance.
